American rapper and songwriter Saweetie has collaborated with McDonald's, launching The Saweetie Meal, which includes a Big Mac, four-piece Chicken McNuggets, medium fries, a medium Sprite, BBQ sauce, and Sweet 'N Sour Sauce, and will be available in America from August 9.
